Throughout the summer, the MBI staff has been working with facilitators and training agencies around the nation to put together new learning opportunities for our members. Our members deserve our best efforts in developing a top-shelf curriculum each and every year. That’s why in addition to our standard leadership development programs and other regular training, the 2019-20 curriculum offers the following NEW programs:
October 29, 2019 | West Des Moines, IA
Led by Christian Pikel of The ReAlignment Group in Middleburg, VA, this immersive hands-on workshop experience will guide participants through application of TVD practice in a team-based, fictitious project scenario. Target Value Delivery (TVD) is a disciplined management practice with several phases: business case planning, validation, value delivery, and value post construction. The system is meant to be applied holistically to obtain maximum value and can be enhanced through contractual or behavioral team integration practices.
