Master Builders of Iowa has a demonstrated history of offering quality education and training programs for the industry. We are extremely proud of this history and are very rewarded in the number of MBI Members that participate in our training each and every year. In 2019 at year end, over 5,000 individuals were trained by an MBI educational offering. 2020 is well on its way to exceeding this number.
At the heart of MBI’s value proposition is the belief to undertake programs and services to increase the performance of its members. Education is just one of MBI’s core values and we believe that it is essential, required, and time-proven for companies to elevate skill and productivity in their organization.
MBI, in concert with our Education Advocacy Committee have been hard at work preparing our curriculum for the upcoming training season beginning in the Fall. We have concentrated on providing a wide array of offerings to cover almost every facet of your organization. We will have our returning favorites as well as some brand-new offerings. We have also worked on our delivery methods…there are planned offerings available for open enrollment, there are a multitude of programs that you can schedule to be held privately just for your company, delivered any-time, anywhere; and there are a wide variety of webinars, so you can hear the latest trends, regulations or requirements affecting the construction industry, right from the comfort of your office. Our annual catalog of offerings called Learning Opportunities Planner will be distributed to all in the coming weeks. We encourage you to utilize this guide, to plan, coordinate and budget your employees’ educational path for the year.
